Returns and Exchanges Policy
Returns within 7 days of receipt. Sale or promo items are not eligible for returns. Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs of returned items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags (if applicable), unaltered.
Not returnable items: Gift cards, promo, sales, collaboration discounted items, items without the original condition, swim or intimates.
Returns or exchanges only allowed with evidence of purchase. Kula items purchased at independent stores must be returned or exchanged at the location where it was purchased.
Exchanges for any full priced item within 7 days of the purchase. Customers responsible for the shipping fees of exchanged or returned items.
No exchanges or returns of international orders.

Defective items due to manufacturing please contact us as soon as possible.
We offer free shipping on purchases of $100 or more. Shipping costs are not returnable.
For US orders items are shipped via USPS. International Orders may ship via FedEx or UPS.
Processing time will be from 1-2 days. Shipping days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We do not ship Saturday nor Sundays or Holidays. Orders placed on Friday-Saturday will ship next business day. Orders placed on Sundays will be shipped the following Wednesday.
